A leading aerospace company are currently seeking a project assistant due to current expansion plans that have now been put in place.
To be considered for this role:
• Download Daily CAD data updates from customer
• Completing vaulting to customer for DMU and Design deliverables
• Complete and process incoming and outgoing ECMS
• Assist with timesheet collation and creation of spend reports
• Maintain manning and resource charts
• Creation and management of customer trackers of PPT documents
• Provide assistance to HOD and Lead Engineers
• Assist in creation of monthly delivery and quality reports
• Create and load project or cad data to smarteam as directed by engineering team leader or HOD
• Any other reasonable duties as requested by management
