A sub contract F1 manufacturer in Northampton, now require the services of an experienced Senior Quality Inspector to join their Inspection department on a permanent basis.

Suitable candidate:

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the inspection department, you will be required to inspect, book off and dispatch all composite components, keeping records up to date. You will be working closely with other heads of the manufacturing division to make sure everything in regards to quality is to standard and running smoothly.

To be considered for the role you must satisfy the following: -

• You MUST be able to program CMM
• Measure components using CMM and CAM software
• Compiled Sample Inspection Reports
• Carry out Capability Studies on components
• Compiled Statistical Process Control reports
• Liaised with Design and Production engineers on metrology issues
• Dealt with Customers on Concern and Reflection reports
