Salary/Rate: c£26,000 + Benefits

We are currently working with a highly reputable branded manufacturer with a turnover in excess of £160 million who currently have an exciting opportunity for a customer services co-ordinator working within the supply chain team.

Suitable candidates will have experience working for a manufacturer within the supply chain department supporting the company’s customer relationships. The role will provide first line support in the monitoring, measurement and management of order to cash cycle, ensuring that the deployment of stock is efficient and timely in meeting International customer demand.

The successful candidate should have experience of working within a fast paced environment with quick stock turnaround such as FMCG. In this Customer Service role, you ideally will be dealing with French customers so the ability to speak French would also be a distinct advantage. You should be able to demonstrate that you can communicate at all levels and have previously undertaken a role requiring attention to detail. This role presents a good opportunity to gain experience and exposure across different areas of the business and help develop your future career.

Other key skills will include; Good stock integrity skills, monitor supplier performance and minimise risk in relation to supplier penalties, good account management and customer skills capable of managing up to four 3pl warehouses in mainland Europe.
