A large manufacturer of components and castings for a range of industries including the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Water Treatment currently require the services of a CNC Setter Operator.
The role will involve
• Setting and operating a large vertical turning lathe with 48” chuck, 60” swing and Fanuc OT controls.
• Ram configuration and tool change & pallet change.
• Some online editing may be required.
Previous experience of setting and operating a range of CNC lathes is essential for the machining of large diameter components.

Day Shift
A leading sub contract precision machining company currently require the services of an experience CNC turner on a permanent basis to assist them with their current and future projects.
The successful CNC turner will be responsible for programming, setting and operating a range of Fanuc controlled Lathes for the production of precision components for the Aerospace and Automotive sectors.
The successful candidate will be apprentice trained and have strong experience of setting and operating Fanuc controlled lathes.
