A leading designer and manufacturer of a high volume electronic product currently require the services of an experienced HR Advisor to compliment their existing Human Resources Team.
The successful Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for providing support to ensure the company has employees in place to meet business plans, support talent management initiatives, support performance management tools including (performance appraisal, performance process improvement, disciplinary).
Other responsibilities include monitoring absence, and completing appropriate documents and approvals.
Suitable candidates will have strong HR experience from the private sector, ideally from a multi-site manufacturing environment.
Travel will be required to support the businesses needs.
