A leading aerospace manufacturer is currently seeking an additional manufacturing engineer to assist the current team in the development and completion of some recently won lucrative projects.
The Manufacturing engineer is expected to program CNC machines offline and online, assist in reducing manufacturing costs using your extensive knowledge of tooling and aid in tool development.
You will be expected to review existing CNC programs and the method of tool development and manufacture in order to identify improvement opportunities and more efficient ways of working.
Applicants will have held a similar position ideally within the aerospace or motorsport industry, experience of programming a variety of CNC mills/lathes and offline (CAD/CAM).
