A leading designer and manufacturer of capital equipment currently require the services of an experienced mechanical design engineer on an initial 3 months contract, with a good possibility of this becoming a rolling contract.

The successful design engineer will be responsible for designing mechanical systems / mechanical mechanisms, injection moulded components and electronic packaging.

Suitable candidates will be degree qualified with extensive experience of 3D modelling using solidedge or a similar package e.g. solidworks, Pro-E. Experience of design for manufacture and mechanical mechanisms is essential.
