Our client is looking for an experienced Telesales Manager with a proven track record who has the aptitude to understand their technical products and advise and support their customers.
The team you will be leading will consist of six people and the main areas of this role are; Customer Liaison, Telesales Support, account Management and Upselling.
Our client is a Business to Business Manufacturer of adhesives and composites and deals in a variety of different sectors.
The Key responsibilities of this role will include:
Responsibility for leading a team of Internal Sales Representatives to achieve agreed sales targets for the Business
To ensure CRM adoption is improved and used accurately and effectively for the delivery of key business intent.
To ensure the full implementation of the Customer Segmentation strategy across the UK composites business.
To assist UK sales in the implementation of their distribution and development strategy
To ensure the accurate processing of customer quotations, orders and order confirmations within agreed timescales.
To ensure that all customer enquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timescales
To represent the Customer Services & Telesales department as an active member of the Management Team.
To analyse UK sales data to allow a more strategic focused approach for the UK sales teams.
Assist in implementation of annual budget
Demonstrate a highly visible commitment to the Customer and Company Health and Safety ensuring that safety policy initiatives are implemented within the team and promoting a culture in which colleagues look out for themselves and each other.
Effectively manage, develop and motivate the Team - promoting a Team Ethos - identifying and addressing staff training needs and encourage knowledge sharing and multi-skilling practices to maximise the contribution of team members to the efficient operation of the department.
To lead initiatives to improve the levels of customer service by implementing and promoting key performance indicators/KPI's for the UK team, producing associated reports and actively addressing any issues identified.
To act as the main point of contact for internal and external clients to ensure the effective resolution of day to day issues, work with Product and Sales Managers to organise and implement sales promotions and promote cross functional information exchange to inform and improve decision making and team management.
