A leading manufacturer of products within the cool chain sector for construction are now seeking a technical manager with a science based degree to help manager the technical aspects of their products.
You will be involved with the product development of insulation products used within construction and help develop a centre of excellence across insulation materials, products, processes and technologies across several markets.
As part of the senior management team you will also be involved with the management of a small technical team and production and quality control. This role will also involve visits to key clients and suppliers in addition to supporting the company with certain exhibitions.
This is an interesting and varied role encompassing many different challenges, not only will you have product development responsibilities you will also be responsible for the motivation of staff, liaisons with regulators and test houses, product development of raw materials, production trials, product testing, budget control and quality assurance.
If you have a background as a technical manager or product development of materials within manufacturing in addition to management experience then this could be the next opportunity you are looking for.
