My client is a rapidly expanding telecommunications and managed service provider. Their product portfolio includes telephone lines, broadband, the latest VOIP and data products, cloud based solutions and desktop support for MAC/Windows.

£16,000-£24,000 on experience + car allowance + other additional excellent benefits

Would you like to work in a beautiful rural based area of Mid Bedfordshire and have the flexibility of travelling to customer sites too?

I am looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the busy technical support team, handling queries and resolving customer faults related to Telecoms systems. My client is a rapidly expanding telecommunications and managed service provider. Their product portfolio includes telephone lines, broadband, the latest VOIP and data products, cloud based solutions and desktop support for MAC/Windows.

Responsibilities will include: -
*UK travel to customer sites to complete site surveys, install telecoms systems and train and support customers on all products and systems
*Install and configure computer & telecoms hardware, operating systems and associated applications
*Monitor and maintain Telephone/Computer systems and networks
*Troubleshooting systems and network issues
*Diagnose and solving hardware/software faults
*Liaising with the Customer Service Team and Carriers to resolve customer faults
*Following schematic diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a new system
*Supporting the roll-out of new applications
*Project manage and prioritise where needed multiple open cases at any given time
*Establish a good working relationship with clients/customers

Background I am seeking in you: -
*Technical mindset - ideally a technical qualification or related work experience in a similar role in Telecoms but full product and systems training will be given
*Be presentable as a face of the company
*Have an excellent telephone manner
*The ability to listen and establish a solution to what the client wants
*Be able to interact confidently with customers
*The ability to work well in a team or on your own and be able to project manage and prioritise your own workload
*Excellent attention to detail
