Our client a major player within packaging machines solutions for the food, home and care products manufacturing are now seeking a highly skilled service manager to manage their after-sales customer support.


Support Customer requests for emergencies, trouble shooting and technical assistance during warranty and life cycle of the equipment by securing HSS&E (Health, Safety, Security & Environmental). Lead complete solution delivery from customer call until complete issue resolution with the help of experts from Product Support. Is a key role between customer and After Sales Manager for technical problem solving and advice.

Our client a major player within packaging machines solutions for the food, home and care products manufacturing are now seeking a highly skilled service manager to manage their after-sales customer support.


The after sales service Manager has the following mission:


Support Customer requests for emergencies, trouble shooting and technical assistance during warranty and life cycle of the equipment by securing HSS&E (Health, Safety, Security & Environmental). Lead complete solution delivery from customer call until complete issue resolution with the help of experts from Product Support. Is a key role between customer and After Sales Manager for technical problem solving and advice.


YOUR SCOPE

Responsibility to:

* Collect & filter Customer calls, identify needs and answer or manage accordingly any technical support requests to ensure that customer is properly served.
* Anticipate Customer needs through proactive services sales opportunity.
* Open and drive CRM ticket from customer call and all along escalation until closing.
* Open and drive Non Conformity through SINCRO until solving problem confirmed by customer.
* Manage all action plans which have been recommended by Technical and Product Support in relation with customer.
* Work as a team player while interacting with other departments and trade suppliers to deliver exemplary Customer services.
* Develop strong relationships with the customer through day-to-day interactive follow up.
* Manage all stand-alone after sales site activities as new format, maintenance, overhauling, audit, training and diagnostic visit while respecting QTC-S and QTC-E process.
* Based on high technical skills, the CCM should be able to manage most of technical requests by their own.



YOUR PROFILE

Level of education and languages:

* Technical educational background, minimum 2-years degree (bachelor degree or equivalent)
* Fluent in English (written and verbal), any other language (Italian, French, etc.) would be seen as an advantage



Required experience and skills:

* 10 years of working experience in after sales or production plant
* Excellent reactivity, dynamism, tenacity, autonomy and motivational skills
* High technical knowledge of packaging and plastic blow moulding products and complete line equipment
* Knowledge in microbio
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Personable and friendly with customer
* Ability to interface with all levels of the organisation
* Excellent multi tasks ability Good in proficiency in CRM, SINCRO, SAP, GIB and Microsoft Office tools.
* Respectful of our internal processes
