Administrator - Industrial Doors

Summary:

Description: A leading Industrial Door/Loading Bay organisation are looking to recruit a Part Sales Administrator located within a commutable distance of Leicestershire. You will have previous experience in an office based role dealing with inbound telephone calls, order processing, despatch of customers parts and managing the complete supply chain of orders from factory to customer.

The company you could be working for are a world leader within the Industrial Door/Loading Bays Industry.

Salary & Benefits:

£18,000 Basic Salary (Rising to £19,000 after probation).
Full comprehensive training.
Pension.
20 Days Holiday (8 Bank Holidays).
Excellent working environment.

Responsibilities include:

Handling of inbound requests for parts prices including Identification of industrial parts, sub-components and accessories.
Order processing and despatch of Customer parts orders, returns and warranty claims
Managing the complete supply chain of orders from factory to customer in the most time efficient manner

The Candidate:

Will be self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to work alone and also as a team.
Will be a strong, clear communicator both verbally and in writing.
Will be organised yet flexible with an ability to adapt to changes in workload.
Will be able to demonstrate good working IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel essential) with the ability to learn in house systems.
Training on processes and systems will be supplied if required.
