Summary: A major manufacturer who are part of a $billion global company are continuing to grow their operation within the UK and as a result are now seeking an experienced Artwork Coordinator to join their organisation on fixed term contract until approximately August 2018.

Fixed term contract to cover Maternity - likely end date August 2018 (subject to review)
Salary dependent on experience up to £34,000 + an excellent benefits package
Based in Cambridgeshire

A major manufacturer who are part of a $billion global company are continuing to grow their operation within the UK and as a result are now seeking an experienced Artwork Coordinator to join their organisation on fixed term contract until approximately August 2018. This Maternity cover so the date is subject to change

Main job responsibilities: -

*Create Artwork projects against the customers and regulatory requirements - prioritising where needed
*Lead the artwork request processes, prioritise and plan daily & weekly artwork projects to ensure KPI's are met and exceeded
*Gather all information for the development of packaging artwork
*Ensure artwork projects are delivered against their critical path timelines
*Develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships
*Works on your own initiative with limited guidance
*Ensure compliance at all times generate, update and follow standard operating procedures
*Support technical transfer projects, relationship management, process setup and technical data gathering
*Support C.I Projects to deliver efficiency, cost savings and productivity
*Anything else deemed important by your Line Manager

Key skills required:

*Previous Pharmaceutical or Healthcare/Food Packaging Artwork experience
*Excellent Project Management and Time Management skills with the ability to prioritise accordingly to the demands of the business
*Attention to detail with top notch communication and people skills
*Managing projects to strict deadlines, prioritisation
*Attention to detail with a proactive attitude
*Manage multiple projects simultaneously
*Ability to positively influence customers and contractors to get the job done
*Work under minimal supervision
*Have a flexible approach to your working hours and maybe required to complete urgent projects
*Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Regulatory requirements would be advantageous
*Ideally a qualification in Project management

There is a possibility that this role will become a full time role. With the above in mind, your ability to progress in to a Team Leader / Management role would be assessed at interview stage.
