Description: Procurement & Contract Manager
£40,000 to £50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits
This is a highly exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to work in a hugely rewarding and desirable environment.
You will play a crucial part in delivering value-for-money, whilst building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with stakeholders, on behalf of one of the UK's most dynamic, innovative and highly respected organisations.

As a Procurement specialist you will support the Head of Procurement in securing value for money from the organisation's commercial relationships.
The successful candidate will:
*Have strong influencing and stakeholder's management skills.
*Develop and implement strategic procurement and category management plans
*Plan, lead and conduct a range of significant procurement tender exercises on behalf of the organisation.
*Engage with relevant suppliers and undertake sophisticated category management as required;
*Analyse historic spend data with a view to generating more efficient ways of working;
*Provide practical procurement guidance including public sector procurement practices.
