Description: Job - Contracts Manager
Location - Berkshire
Package - basic salary dependent on experience + car or car allowance + 28 days holiday + pension
This is a start to finish Contracts Manager position, from estimating and receipt of client instruction to completion and final account. The scope of work includes heating, ventilation and Air Conditioning.
The role includes managing multiple projects, primarily across London and surrounding Counties from my client's office based in Berkshire. Attending site meetings, making regular site visits and being client facing.
Your working week will be 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Managing projects within budget is paramount with the ability to make and adjust schedules to deliver project completion on time.
To be considered for this position you must have experience in;
*Procurement of materials
*Cost control of materials and labour
*Programming of the works
*Management and supervision of labour and Sub Contractors
*Health & safety compliance awareness
*IT literate (Word, Excel, CAD)
*Be able to review drawings and working practices
