Key Requirements
• Recognised Mechanical Qualification
• Knowledge of “Maximo” or asset management software
• Good organisational skills
• Planned preventative maintenance experience
• Knowledge of Siemens S7 Programmable Logic Controllers
• Experience of blister packaging maintenance
• Knowledge of (GMP) and Health & Safety standards
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and improve filling and packaging equipment
• Ensure that agreed programmes and projects are completed on time and equipment up time is optimised
• Support changeover of the production lines following SOP
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement activities
• Identify potential mechanical faults of filling and packaging machinery and implement and carry out effective maintenance work
• To generate and maintain technical information pertinent to the technical aspects of the filling and packaging processes
In summary the successful candidate will be skilled in the repair and maintenance of pharmaceutical packing and filling machinery.
