Key Requirements
• Good knowledge of GMP standards and Health and Safety awareness.
• Operational team management experience.
• Lean/six sigma experience/qualification.
• Experience of working in a service orientated environment.
• Good organisational and planning skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Recognised management qualification.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver agreed programmes of work.
• To develop and coach production personnel
• Monitor and review equipment, processes, systems and personnel performance in line with company standards.
• To be fully conversant with MHRA, H&S, Security and GMP requirements
• To effectively manage and implement change within shift
In summary the successful candidate with have good experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing management.
