Key Requirements
• Experience of working on engineering projects
• Awareness of necessary Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
• Technically proficient in lead discipline and understanding of associate disciplines.
• Decision maker based on analysis of existing information.
• Experience of working with external consultants and multi discipline project teams.
• Must be able to work within a cross functional project team
Key Responsibilities
• To control selected contracts and use allocated resources, equipment and facilities to provide an effective and efficient project engineering service.
• To demonstrate and apply effective leadership throughout the project life cycle to ensure achievements of results and objectives.
• Responsible for creating and modifying physical environments.
• To organise and plan personal workload to deliver an effective Project engineering service.
In summary the successful project technician engineer will have a track record of “hands on” delivery of building service and facilities engineering projects.
