My client a leading UK life science organisation is currently looking to recruit two Senior Lab Technicians due to ongoing expansion and growth.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a chemistry discipline with the ability to carry out identity checking analysis, the ability to use and ensure the efficient operation of HPLC analytical equipment and experience of maintaining the smooth operation of an analytical laboratory.
Key Requirements.
• Degree in a chemistry discipline.
• Experience of the use and efficient upkeep of HPLC Equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP in a clinical radiosynthesis laboratory.
• Experience of ensuring the smooth running of an analytical laboratory.
Key Responsibilities.
• Calibration, maintenance and efficient operation of lab equipment.
• Setting up and monitoring laboratory GMP.
• Identity testing of raw materials.
• Ordering of materials and equipment to ensure the laboratory is always working efficiently with no downtime.
In summary the successful candidate will have experience of the above responsibilities and requirements and will possess a degree in a chemistry discipline with the ability to carry out identity checking analysis, the ability to use and ensure the efficient operation of HPLC analytical equipment and experience of maintaining the smooth operation of an analytical laboratory.
