A successful world leading manufacturer of electro-mechanical products and systems is now seeking an experienced UK Sales Manager to join their expanding team.

The UK Sales Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the internal customer services and external network sales teams, as well as providing commercial and business development support as part of the management team.

In addition, the UK Sales Manager will be responsible for providing commercial support in assisting with the management of tenders, negotiating customer contracts and frameworks, providing forecast data to support business plans, reporting on key account KPIs.

Your managerial duties would include management reporting, conduct team meetings, carry out personnel performance appraisals and disciplinary interviews where required.

The successful UK Sales Manager will have a strong sales background leading internal and external teams and preferably knowledge of commercial law with strong communication skills. You must also have experience of compiling tenders and proposals for large blue chip organisations.

Candidates with a background of working in or selling into the utilities industry will be at a distinct advantage for this role.
